Merchandise may be returned within 60 days from the date of the order for a store credit or if returned within 30 days a refund (minus 10% restocking fee and shipping) back to the original form of payment. All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered with the original tag attached.) Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair or smoke/strong smell of any type will be refused and returned to you and are subject to a shipping charge.
  • Please note: All items in Sale/Clearance, Flash Sales, and any sales/discounts 20% OFF or more are non-returnable, non-refundable and FINAL SALE.  These items CANNOT be returned for a refund, store credit or be exchanged. You will be responsible for paying for shipping back to you if you return an item with a discount over 20%.
  • There are no exchanges or returns on bralettes or silicon freebras.


Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we cannot do exchanges. If you are unhappy with the size or color and interested in an exchange, please re-order your desired item online and then simply return your original item for a refund.

If you received defective merchandise, please contact our customer service department at within two business days so we can correct the issue.


1. If you refuse a confirmed order you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you.
2. Undeliverable orders due to error on your part will require re-shipment and will be charged to you.

"Should you decide against re-shipment the original shipping fee and other address verification fees will be deducted from your refund."

We are not responsible for failure to pay attention to washing instructions on garments.

3.) Wait patiently! It takes our team 2-3 business days after receiving your package to issue your refund!





Sale prices cannot be retroactively applied. We try to inform customers a few hours in advance when a sale is going to happen. If an order is placed before the sale begins, we cannot refund the difference of the sale item.
